There is also further easing of restrictions in regional Victoria.
Venues in the regions will be able to host up to 70 people outside and 40 people inside, dependant on capacity limits for the size of the venue.
Regional Victorians will be able to gather in groups of 20 people outside, with indoor pools open for under 18s, with a maximum of 20 swimmers.
Outdoor religious gatherings will increase to 20 people. Book and toy libraries will be able to have up to 20 people inside.
